Bridge Operator Console Medical Connector

Allows EMR and HMR integration into Bridge Operator Console.  Now operations can transfer calls directly to patient rooms without programs or needed access to EMR/HMR systems. 

Bridge Operator Console Group Paging and Group Phone Messaging

Allows Bridge Operator Console users to send voice pages to groups of Cisco phones, or phone text messages to groups of Cisco phones.  Text messages can be scheduled for times in the future as well.  The Add on also allows for a call to be parked for a group of phones.  When one phone takes the parked call the others are notified and their screens return to normal. 

Bridge Operator Console Medical Nurse Call TAP Integration Service

Software Subscription required

Allows for push messages to phones when patients press the nurse call button.  Options include call back, call other room phones, history, message acknowledgement, and more.  Requires BOC TAPI connector and SQL server.

Bridge Operator Console High Availability Server Option

Allows building of a 2nd standy (HA) BOC Connector server.  In the the event the main server becomes unreachable, the clients immediately roll to the 2nd server.  During off hours the primary server replicates data to the HA server, so all address books, configurations, and other important data is available in the event of an outage.

*BOC Requires $30 per client, $5 per Park For Client, and  $300 per connector subscription paid yearly in order for updates and continued software usage after year 1.
*BOC TAPI Connector service requires 3rd party control TAPI driver from phone system manufacturer.
