LICC for Skype for Business Hybrid Deployment

Bridge Communications LICC works with the Bridge Communications TAPI Connector for Cisco CUCM, to update the user's Lync (Skype for Business) status to include any call activity from the Cisco CUCM.  In most cases both BOC services can run on the same VM.  By combining Lync (Skype for Business) Presence and CUCM Call Status, Lync (Skype for Business) users will have real-time visibility to the "on a call" status of the Cisco desk phones.  Users who are homed in the cloud will need to run the Bridge Boss-Admin Executive console on their PC to update their Skype for Business status to reflect their Cisco desk phone. We offer a free desktop application that provides click to call on Cisco Desk phones free with each purchase.  BOC LICC for users homed OnPrem runs on a Lync (Skype for Business) Trusted Application Server.  Download MP4
